I have a question, though, does anyone reading this have the game Rockband 2? Well, sometime next month you can download one of my band's songs as DLC! The song in question is called "Fighting Spirit".

So? What've I been doing lately? Well, likely if you know me, you'll know what exactly I've been dealing with, but let's keep it on the positive side, eh?

I've been getting into new shows lately, ending my super-long Futurama-only marathon. First, I'll go and destroy any masculinity I had left by saying Toradora was the first, since a friend had recommended me. I rather liked it, too! Then FINALLY, I watched (the best anime ever,) Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, which was AMAZING. It's instantly my favorite show EVER. I wish there could be more without ruining the epic of the first series, but I'll be alright if they don't decide to pick it up again. (though I suppose they could focus the new series on Gimmi and Darry, hm?)

Then a friend forced me to watch Death Note, which was pretty good as well, though I think it goes downhill as soon as Episode 25 happens. Ah well. Lastly, Desert Punk! Oh my god, Desert Punk is absolutely hilarious! I really suggest watching this one if you're a fan of humorous cartoons. I really want to applaud the English voice actor whom plays Desert Punk himself, as well, Wow! I was immediately impressed.


Speaking of Voice Actors, I got the chance to talk a lot with Mike Pollock, the voice actor whom plays Doctor Eggman. I was THIIIIIIIIS close to finding him another job, too, but unfortunately he was turned down, ah well. There's a post on his site that's sort of a joke between us, too. (The one mentioning Jason as his new bestest fwiend.), hahaha, it's very cool. We keep in touch a lot, and had an amazing discussion about Falafels and mid-eastern foods last month. o.O Epic much?

Speaking of Eggman! (Haha, see, I did this in a specific order, it seems) Do you guys know the site "Eggman Empire"? Well! Check the front page! I am the new owner of it! My first act as new owner was to hire another staffer so that I had someone else to yell at when things broke on me, Thirteen. Haha, just kidding, Thirteen is amazing, and he's doing everything in his power to make the site waaaaaaaaay better than I ever could on my own. Expect a facelift as soon as we figure out what the hell we're doing.

Lastly, I stumbled upon a new webcomic that I'm strangely addicted to, Sister Claire [link] by . There's something about kickass nuns and kung fu, mixed with the awesome art style and coloring style that makes it very memorable. I suggest checking out both Yamino's dA and Sister Claire!

I heard a sample of Yamino singing and immediately thought of asking her if she'd like to do a collab on a theme song for Sister Claire, but I haven't the guts to ask her, plus she's probably very busy anyway. It'd be really fun, though, I think! I love trying new musical styles, as well, it'd be a nice break from the harder metal songs I've been doing lately. (not that ALL of them are XD)

Oh! But not lastly, I was recruited by Totally Legitimate Productions to make a themesong for their mock trailer of their game, Iron League. Check it out here: [link]
I was going to use a power drill right before the solo, as a tribute to Mr.Big (Paul Gilbert), but sadly, the drill was dead when we found it, so I Didn't get a chance to. Ah well. I'm also doing a theme song for Scorehero and Horrible Horror, too! I feel popular.
